Tested cleanroom suitability up to GMP A/B
All HMI of the cleanroom series as well as the corresponding brackets and adapters have been tested by the Fraunhofer Institute.
Frameless design | No joints or cracks
By consistently dispensing with frames and weld seams, our CR series products have a completely smooth and easy-to-clean surface without joints or cracks.
Screwless V4A stainless steel housing
The housings of the CR series are bevelled towards the rear, completely screwless and thus enable convenient and residue-free wiping and/or air cleaning.
Completely sealed housing (IP69)
The HMI of the CR series are completely closed in accordance with the IP69 standards. They also have a passive cooling system without fans or cooling fins.
OPTIMAL VISUALIZATION AND OPERATION

P-CAP Multitouch
The P-CAP Multitouch enables intuitive and convenient operation as you know it from touch pads or smartphones. Drag & drop functions and operation with several fingers at the same time make the use of the cleanroom HMI more effective and easier.
Of course, the P-CAP touches used can also be operated with cleanroom gloves or our cleanroom stylus.
The sensitivity of the P-CAP Multitouch can be easily adjusted to individual requirements using a software tool.
Full HD Displays
Thanks to an additional increase in brilliance by means of optical bonding, the clean room HMIs offer optimal visualization on 17-24 inch full HD widescreen displays.
Multifunction button
The cleanroom PCs can not only be switched on and off using the multifunction button.
It, moreover ist used to call up the CAITRON app, which can be configured completely individually and has a virtual keyboard, brightness control and cleaning mode as standard.
A completely individual programming of the multifunction button can also be implemented at any time.
EASY WIRELESS CONNECTION

Fully integrated RFID/NFC readers
The cleanroom HMI from CAITRON can be equipped with integrated RFID/NFC modules (125 Khz and 13.56 MHz technologies). This enables seamless integration into cross-device integrated solutions for rights management and access control. Employees log on to the cleanroom HMI contactlessly using an RFID transponder. This means that access authorizations can be linked to existing authentication solutions (e.g. access control, time recording).
All RFID and NFC readers used are integrated directly into the housing of the cleanroom HMI. This means that no additional component is required that has to be introduced into the cleanroom or screwed onto the GMP A/B certified housing.
Integrated Wifi and Bluetooth®
The cleanroom HMIs have fully integrated Wifi and Bluetooth® modules for convenient connection of peripheral systems.
