The CAITRON CS Series is the ideal solution whenever you want to use an HMI in wet and hygienic areas. The completely protected IP69k (NEMA 4x) certified V4A stainless steel enclosure as well as its gap-free design ensure that neither humidity nor dust can enter the interiors of the industrial computer. No matter whether high-pressure cleaning with aggressive detergents at high temperatures or fine flour dust: the HMI of the CS Series remain dust-tight and waterproof! GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

Data collection right at the origin

No matter in which part of the production process - the CAITRON CS Series is the perfect hardware solution for a continuous data collection and visualization right at the point of origin. This means that the products of the CS Series help you to guarantee full traceability and proof of origin throughout the entire production process. The direct data collection at the point of origin is possible due to the high hygienic safety and reliability of the CS Series.

Highest hygiene safety

The HMI of the CS Series are completely dust-tight and waterproof due to the IP69k (NEMA 4x) certified V4A stainless steel enclosure and the gap-free design of the sealing. Therefore, high-pressure cleaning at high temperatures is even possible with aggressive detergents, acids and alcalis customary to the industry. Furthermore, the beveled edges of the enclosure and the use of limited special hygienic screws allow an even more efficient cleaning of the industrial computer - even when easy wipe cleaning is applied. Thus, the CS Series helps you to reduce the CCPs in your production process and to comply with EU regulations such as (EG) 853/2004 in conjunction with (EG) 178/2002.

Highest level of integration (RFID/WLAN/Bluetooth(R))

All our HMI can be equipped with integrated RFID readers such as Legic, Mifare or HiTAG systems. This allows you to implement the HMI easily into company-wide solutions for the administration of rights and access controls.

Registration will be done contactless by using a RFID transponder. Thus access controls can be linked to already existing authentification systems (e.g. personnel time tracking).

The integrated WLAN/Bluetooth(R) module allows you a wireless connection of barcode scanners. Furthermore, no cradles are needed any more for connection purposes. This increases your hygiene safety and improves the work flow of your co-workers.

High reliability

In order to allow a consistent and allover data collection and to prevent production stops the CS Series guarantees a maximum of reliability. Breakdown risks customary to the food industry such as ingress of moisture are prevented due to the completely protected IP69k certified V4A stainless steel enclosure of the HMI. Furthermore, the completely passive cooling and the exclusive use of industrial components ensure highest reliability. The products of the CS Series is, moreover, operational even at extreme temperatures - whether refrigeration areas or high temperatures like in bakeries, smokehouses or decoction areas.

Easy operation

The P-CAP multi touch offers an intuitive and convenient operation - similar to common modern touch pads and smartphones. Thus you can use drag & drop and multitouch functionalities such as zooming.

Our P-CAP multi touchs can even be used whilst wearing gloves. The touch sensitivity can be adjusted easily according to individual needs.

The multifunctional button opens the CAITRON Software per default. The software includes a cleaning mode, a numblock and brightness control. Certainly the functionality of the button can be changed to your specific needs.

Data collection right in the cleanroom

No matter in which part of the production process - the CAITRON cleanroom computers are the perfect hardware solution for a continuous data collection and visualization right in the cleanroom. The direct data collection at the point of origin is possible due to both, the smooth, edgeless and gap free design and the passive cooling system, i.e. no fans or other rotating, particle dispersing components.

Thanks to the smooth, electropolished and gap free V4A stainless steel enclosure cleaning the products of the CR Series is very easy and effective. Moreover, the used materials allow at high temperatures even with aggressive detergents, acids and alcalis customary to the industry. Furthermore, the beveled edges of the enclosure and the use of only a few special hygienic screws allow an even more efficient cleaning of the industrial computer. The completely sealed (IP69k) and antistatic housing and the renunciation on fans or other rotating components ensure that the least particles possible can get through the enclosure. Thus the CR Series helps you to keep your concentration of particles/m³ at the level that your cleanroom requires.
