CLEANROOM DESIGN

Effective and safe cleaning

By consistently eliminating frames and welds, our CR series products have a completely smooth and easy-to-clean surface with no joints or scratches. The housings of the cleanroom PCs are beveled backwards so that particles can easily flow downwards in the case of a laminar airflow.

High chemical resistance of all materials

The materials used have a high resistance to industry-standard disinfectants and cleaning agents. Individual tests for special chemical substances are possible in cooperation with the Frauenhofer Institut Stuttgart.

Low emission materials

All materials used have low emission values. For particularly demanding requirements, FFKM and other materials are also available.

Highest level of integration

WLAN, Bluetooth®, power supply and readers (RFID / NFC) are integrated into the HMIs. This avoids risks regarding hygiene and impermeability, which can occur with external connections.

High resolution displays

Excellent visualization garanteed on 17-24" Full HD widescreen displays.

Multifunctional touch key

This key can be used to switch the cleanroom HMI on and off. Furthermore, the CAITRON software can be called up, which can be configured completely individually and comes with a virtual keyboard, brightness control and a cleaning mode.

Various mounting options - individual adjustments on request

Various holding systems enable easy integration of the HMI even in the case of space shortage. Whether wall mounts, pipe systems, ceiling mounts, Rittal or VESA adapters - we find solutions for an optimal implementation in your production environment.

Bayonet system

All holding systems are compact and space-saving. In addition, they have a bayonet system for quick and easy installation, which can be carried out by only one person.

High level of connectivity

All HMIs have a variety of integrated interfaces for easy integration into existing IT infrastructure. Fully integrated WLAN / BT as well as integrated RFID / NFC technology enable a clen wireless connection.

Independent software platform

The HMIs are completely OS-independent.
