HYGIENIC DESIGN FOR ZONE 2/22

Effective and safe cleaning

By consistently avoiding frames and welds, our CS series products have a completely smooth and easy-to-clean surface with no joints or crevices.
The housings of the IPCs are beveled backwards so that liquids can run off and do not stick to the upper edge of the housing.
Furthermore, special hygienic screws are used, which have no cracks such as slot and Torx screws.

IP69 protection

The products of the CS series are IP69 rated and therefore completely waterproof and dustproof.

V4A stainless steel housing

The V4A stainless steel housing is extremely robust and far more resistant to corrosion from chloride containing media compared to V2A stainless steel housings.

High chemical resistance of all materials

The materials used have a high resistance to industry-standard disinfectants and cleaning agents. Individual tests for special chemical substances are possible in cooperation with the Frauenhofer Institut Stuttgart.

Highest level of integration

WLAN, Bluetooth®, power supply and readers (RFID / NFC) are integrated into the HMIs. This avoids risks regarding hygiene and impermeability, which can occur with external connections.

EXCELLENT VISUALIZATION AND EASY OPERATION

P-CAP Multitouch

The P-CAP Touch allows intuitive input with multiple fingers (see smartphones). In addition, the touch sensitivity is individually adjustable and can be adapted, for example, to different gloves used.

High resolution displays

Excellent visualization garanteed on 17-24" Full HD widescreen displays.

Multifunctional touch key

This key can be used to switch the cleanroom HMI on and off. Furthermore, the CAITRON software can be called up, which can be configured completely individually and comes with a virtual keyboard, brightness control and a cleaning mode.

EASY ASSEMBLY AND IMPLEMENTATION

Bayonet system

All holding systems are compact and space-saving. In addition, they have a bayonet system for quick and easy installation, which can be carried out by only one person.

High level of connectivity

Fully integrated WLAN / BT allow convenient wireless connection of peripherals.

Independent software platform

The HMIs are completely OS-independent.
